Arrival & Departure
Your accommodation will be available from 4.00 pm and your departure time is 10.00 am. If you anticipate arriving after 6.00 pm please let us know to arrange key collection. Unless you notify the Holiday Village we will assume that if your accommodation is unclaimed by noon the day following your start date the booking will be treated as cancelled.

Bed Linen & Towels
Bed linen is included within your hire charge; with the exception for certain ‘promotional’ short break holidays, where linen can be hired from reception on arrival. Towels & tea towels are not provided.

Pets
Well-behaved dogs are welcome in selected accommodation types while others are ‘Pet Free’. You will be responsible for your pet’s behaviour. For the enjoyment of all our guests, dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and must not be left on their own in your accommodation. Dogs are not allowed in the Clubhouse, shop or swimming pool area.
Pets are charged at £35 per pet per week.

Children
We welcome all members of your party. Children in particular are made very welcome. They are permitted to use the Club and Swimming pools etc. However parental responsibility and supervision of your children will remain the responsibility of parents or guardians at all times. Parental presence is necessary at all times when attending or participating in any activity or function organised by the Holiday Village, as we do not provide child care or child minding services.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
Making a Booking
When you book you are accepting on behalf of you and your party a contract with Seaview Holiday Village and are agreeing to our terms and conditions. An £80 deposit will be needed on booking. This contract is binding once you have paid a deposit and we have issued confirmation to you.

Balance of Holiday Payment
Payment in full, less the deposit paid, is payable 8 weeks before the start date. Balance due reminders will not be sent and if the balance is not received 8 weeks before the start date, the holiday will be treated as being cancelled.

Cancellation
Refunds will not be made by Seaview Holiday Village for cancelled holiday bookings; we strongly recommend that you take out a suitable Cancellation Insurance Plan. See our Cancellation and Holiday Insurance enclosed.

Holiday Detail Amendment
Should you wish to make a change after your booking has been confirmed, eg type of accommodation, change of dates, number of people, etc we will try to assist. However a fee of £20 will be charged.

Unacceptable Behaviour
We reserve the right to terminate a holiday without refund or compensation where unreasonable, anti-social behaviour or damage to property caused by any member of the party impairs the enjoyment or comfort of other guests.

Number of Persons in Party
It is a condition of your booking contract that the total number of persons in your party does not exceed the capacity of the accommodation booked – refer to the brochure/website.

Website/Brochure Accuracy
Whilst care is taken to ensure the information is accurate, photographs are intended for guidance only. Under certain circumstances activities and facilities sometimes may have to be withdrawn.

Complaints
Every effort is made to ensure your holiday runs smoothly. Should you experience any problems during your stay you must notify reception immediately. If you do not bring to our attention the nature of your complaint we may not be able to deal positively at a later date.
