Short breaks taken before 21st July and after 1st September (but excluding peak weeks) at 66% of the weekly rate are bookable at any time of the year.  Any day start.

Short breaks during peak weeks are only bookable within 4 weeks of the start date and will be charged at 75% of the weekly cost.
